Turnaround times

All Orders Received after Noon (12pm MST) enter schedule on next day! Each job must be written as a separate PO.

 

   Production Schedule: 5-8 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.

 

   When available – Rush Charges of 10% (5-6 days) Rush Charges of 20% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 30% (1-3 days)                      from receipt of art & merchandise.

 

   Order Forms, artwork and merchandise and Deposit or Purchase Order must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.

 

   All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering, production schedule.

 

Cost?

  Three Factors

  1. Number of Pieces in the order

  2. Number of Colors per design per side (Front, Back, Arm)

  3. Different Locations Front, Back, Arm.

 

 Once you have that information you can Submit a quote request or call 208-242-3264 and we will be more than excited to help you out to complete your project.

 

Deposit/Refund/Replacement

  A 50% Deposit is required on all orders, NO Exceptions, unless approved by Upper Management or a signed Contract including but not limited to approved P/O's.

 

  All items ordered at our Facilities are considered "Custom" even if Plain, once ordered no refunds will be issued, if there are Alston Corporation generated mistakes (Printing/Embroidery) documented during the pickup of the order, or Garment/Apparel Manufacturing mistakes items beyond the "Standard Scrap Rate" which is 4% on Blacks 2% on Lights. Those may be replaced  but only at Alston Corporation's Discretion.

 

All orders must be fully documented, if there are any in-discrepancies in the order and neither party can provide valid documentation of the discrepancy, then Alston Corporation holds no fault in the issue.

Can I change ink colors within one job?

Yes, put refer to the "Cost" question as it would apply to color (ink) changes.

 

Does Alston's Provide the Apparel?

Yes (but you can bring your own, however there is a 3.00 per

item fee) If the item is something we can get, if not there is no additional fee.

 

When Alston's Provides the apparel, we can control the quality, print ability and turnaround time.

 

Provided Apparel

 All Customer Customer Provided Apparel is decorated at the customers liability, at Alston's we strive to be exceptional, but most Retail shops do not carry the "Engineered for Decoration" apparel we carry, and on rare occasions the apparel has unexpected results, we cannot warranty the apparel or decoration results of said apparel.

 

Can we get Samples?

  We provide digital samples free of charge for orders over 100 pieces.

 Orders under 100 pieces are charged 25.00 per mockup per design.

 

In House Graphic Design and Associated Charges:

 

   We have multiple In-House Graphic Designers all with their own unique style, so we can create just about anything you can dream up, however if you have your own art here are some minimal requirements.

 

   Please send us the highest DPI (quality) or vector based art that you have. We prefer .AI, .EPS files that are not bitmap embedded images. Raster images should be saved as .TIFF (one color) or .PSD document w/layers (multi-color) whenever possible, and save it the size your desire it printed on the garment. Please remember to convert all text to outlines or curves as apposed to fonts. All other formats may require additional art charges of $35.00 per hour Depending on Complexity. A $35.00 minimum.

Note: Alston T-Shirt Printing & Embroidery, Alston Corporation, owns all screens, and films.

 

Do you have Screen or Setup Fees for screen printing?

No!

 

Do you have Minimums?

No!

 

Pantone Matching?

We do our best to get within +/- 10% accuracy

If Pantone matching required additional fees are required.

  (Example: most Hat fronts range from 3-5.00)
